I was lucky to be at Pearl Street on August 15th for Makayla and Lucas’s wedding! They are a beautiful couple, and everything around the room looked perfect. I could tell they were both nervous, even though they looked perfect on the outside. Makayla just had this look (that I love), that happens right before the big moment. Pure fear and excitement. Right before they end up at the altar together and settle into the moment. So as I stood there with Lucas and watched her walk out, I watched all of the emotions swell inside of him. They just stood there looking at each other and looked so in love. And as they shared their touching vows, Lucas was as choked up as could be, tears forming in his eyes, realizing he was marrying the love of his life. It almost moved me to tears! But they made it through and soon enough, they were kissing as husband and wife.
