May 29th was a beautiful, albeit windy, day for a wedding! I found myself at the amazing Avanti Mansion, on the unbelievable island they have. I was eating a lot of my hair in the wind, but we all suffer for our art 😂😂😂
I found Scott and laughed to myself as he stressed over vows, unsure if their private vows meant no more vows, and asked me to please check with Laurel (even though I knew what was up), and Laurel seemed just as adorably nervous! She looked so beautiful on the outside, but I could tell it was a whole other windstorm inside her stomach with nerves whipping all around! I love nervous couples so much! They have such love for each other, they are willing to leave their comfort zone behind and stand in front of everyone and share this most intimate moment. It really is a big deal. And they stood on the island, looking at each other on their wedding day, and I could see them focus in on just each other. No one else around them mattered, they knew exactly why they were there.
Congratulations Scott and Laurel! You guys are truly so perfect for each other and I’m happy knowing you’ll spend the rest of your lives together!
